Kaylie and Colin’s story started long before they began dating—they’ve known each other their entire lives, thanks to their fathers, who have been friends since high school. Isn’t that just the sweetest? The spark that would lead to their relationship, however, ignited in Kaylie’s senior year of high school. It all started in a rather funny way: Kaylie got pulled over, and Colin, curious, asked if it was his dad (a police officer) who pulled her over. It wasn’t, but that short conversation led to a deeper connection. Kaylie even told Colin she enjoyed talking to him, and from there, things took off!
Their first date was a double date with Colin’s sister and future brother-in-law, and it was clear from that moment that they were meant for each other. After 6.5 years together, their bond is stronger than ever. Now, here we are—ready to capture the day they’ve both been dreaming of!
Their Life Together: Adventures, Laughter, and Pups
Kaylie and Colin are the type of couple who just click. Whether they’re out on the golf course, riding Colin’s Harley, or traveling to tropical destinations, they’re happiest when they’re together. They’re also big foodies! Kaylie is all about Dr. Pepper, chocolate, mojitos, and salt & vinegar chips, while Colin prefers Diet Coke, spicy food, Miller Lite, and his favorite treat—an almond cake made by Kaylie’s stepdad. It’s the little things that make their relationship so unique and full of love.
Their ideal date night is low-key but special—trying out new restaurants, enjoying good food and drinks, and snuggling up with their pups to watch a movie at the end of the night. It’s those quiet, simple moments that make their relationship so real and grounded.
